  • Unprecedented engagement levels for the Future Billing Methodology consultation, with 258 stakeholders invited and 125 attendees (48%)

As the central service data provider for the UK’s gas market, Xoserve understands that the gas sector needs to decarbonise if the country is to reach its net zero targets. Their dedicated teams are working with customers across the industry on a number of groundbreaking decarbonisation projects. This includes:

A partnership between Northern Gas Networks, Cadent, the Health and Safety Executive, Keele University, ITM Power and Progressive Energy, demonstrating the gas network can carry a blend of hydrogen with no impact on the customer’s gas supply.

Xoserve is supporting Cadent in focusing on optimising the use of renewable-source gases, such as biomethane and hydrogen-methane blends, in order to meet the UK’s net zero target.

They called on us to help create a stakeholder engagement programme that brings the entire gas industry together towards a common goal. To deliver this, we found dynamic and engaging ways to communicate technical concepts, with campaign assets including:

  • Explainer and talking head videos

  • Overview reports

  • Blogs

  • FAQs
