The Marketing Pod was borne out of a passion for B2B
Our founders, Jen and Jodie, developed a love for B2B marketing while working within a large corporate energy company. As they worked their way up to senior positions in the marketing team, they gained first-hand experience in how difficult it could be to work with external agencies.
From juggling multiple agencies for different aspects of their marketing to being passed to junior members of the team after being wowed by senior agency staff, they felt all the frustrations that many in-house marketers face every day.
So they set out to create an agency that did things differently.
That was back in 2013, here’s how we’re still doing things differently today:
