Working with a new market contender

The brief_

After acquiring Green Frog in 2021, PCE was looking to rebrand as Pulse Clean Energy to complement its efforts to build a storage portfolio across the UK’s energy network. We were recommended to PCE by its investor team thanks to our extensive experience both in the energy industry and in maximising business potential.

PCE needed a new brand that linked in with the personality of its team and their passion and desire to drive real change within the industry.

Using personality frameworks and visual styling concepts, we created a new brand that reflected Pulse’s position as a fresh new player in the storage industry.


To complement this, we also developed a messaging hierarchy that would bring the new brand to life across all channels.

We then combined all factors to design and implement a new website, social feeds and pitch deck for market launch. 

Media relations and PR activity were also utilised to raise brand awareness among Pulse’s target audience of developers, energy producers, and infrastructure investors.
