Facilitating high growth: building a brand with Duco

The brief_

After gaining investment from private equity firm Eight Roads Ventures, Duco approached The Marketing Pod for support with raising their profile and positioning them as thought leaders within their industry and across their core international markets.

Defining their proposition

We interviewed subject matter experts from across the business (and across the globe!) and developed use cases that enabled us to articulate the tangible value of Duco’s system for their customers. We then reviewed their existing messaging and realigned it to their core markets.

Carving out their position in the market

As Duco was striving to be seen as an innovative, thought-leading organisation, we needed to develop content that established them as such. We created an integrated PR and content strategy to raise their profile, including key pieces of content aimed at challenging industry norms and encouraging widespread adoption of cloud technology.

Developing their digital presence

As a highly-advanced tech company, it was particularly important for Duco to optimise their digital presence. We’re currently responsible for handling their global digital marketing activity. We’ve already made improvements to their website to enhance its performance and SEO standing, and we have several international social media campaigns underway.

The results_

  • Boosted Google rankings by 32% between June - July 2020

  • Improved average site performance by 47% between January - July 2020

  • Reduced Duco’s average Cost Per Lead (CPL) from £300 to just £112

  • Increased the number of new users to their website by 64%.
