INBOUND 2023: What did HubSpot announce and what does it mean for you?

HubSpot’s INBOUND 2023 conference has just taken place in Boston, with the annual event bringing together business, marketing and sales leaders to network, learn and grow. As well as the usual sessions and meet ups, the firm used the occasion to make some significant product announcements. These enhancements, which largely take advantage of recent advancements in AI technology, are impressive and we think they will make a huge difference to B2B marketers when it comes to their experience of using HubSpot’s CRM.

Here, we take a look at some of the highlights of HubSpot’s new products.

Refreshed Sales Hub

The refreshed Sales Hub offers a consolidated and user-friendly interface that streamlines processes and provides valuable context for deeper customer connections. Key highlights of the update include sought after features such as a prospecting workspace, lead management improvements, A/B testing in sequences, advanced analytics, Salesforce integration, forecasting capabilities, mobile features and more.

HubSpot hopes the updated platform will empower sales teams to overcome current challenges, such as meeting quotas and stagnant budgets, improve efficiency, and build meaningful customer relationships. The new features should also enhance adaptability for various business segments, making it easier to achieve sales goals.
