The brief

Ahead of the water market deregulating in April 2017, SES Business Water wanted to launch a campaign to remind its in-area customers of its additional services in order to retain them. 

The approach

With winter approaching, a campaign was launched in November 2016, providing businesses with relevant, helpful tips through a dedicated landing page hosted on SES’ own website.

In addition, SES wanted to promote five core fixed priced offers. 

The result

A Direct Mail was developed, designed and issued to >10,000 businesses promoting the Pick ‘n’ Fix off er as well as the Water Tight For Winter campaign. The campaign is part of a wider marketing plan developed by The Pod and is being supported by telesales and emails.
