The brief

As AHC enters new markets, the company was looking for support from The Marketing Pod to distil its core messages to market, enabling it to develop a strategic position and brand personality that would achieve cut-through amongst new audiences, whilst ensuring it wouldn’t alienate their existing customer base.

The approach

The Marketing Pod operated a series of workshops with AHC’s board, as well as with a range of customer-facing staff. These workshops explored the detail of the company’s offering, the marketplace, audience and aspirations. The Marketing Pod then reviewed all the information gathered to present a recommended brand personality and strategic market position, as well as high level execution, all of which could be tangibly woven into customer-facing materials.

The result

A comprehensive body of work that articulated the rationale and AHC proof points behind a new strategic position and brand personality. This took account of their changing customer base, changing proposition and the international territories in which the company operates. It will be now used across customer communications going forward, as well as to support internal culture and cohesion.
